Blogger Changes

I know I have been out of the blogging groove for quite some time. Can someone please tell me how to get my background to show behind my title? And why is it I can't post from the compose screen anymore? These things really bug me. Grrr....

    It's on the Design tab. Click 'edit' on the place where you see your title. Then you can pick where ever you want it to show up.

    If that doesn't fix it there's one other thing you might need to try. But that's more detailed so just let me know if you need more help.

    I have my blog background photo saved at photo bucket and then type into the code where to get the photo (The instructions are on "Cutest Blog on the Blog" on how to do it yourself). If you need the actual step by step, email me.
